PBS Technologies was formed on 28th August, 2008 and having over 30 years of experience in the Plastics Industry with a special focus on hot runner systems for more than 15 years.
We are pioneers in the design, engineering and manufacturing of custom made Injection Moulds and Hot runner systems in India & provide innovative solutions.
In meeting the various challenges faced by the injection moulding industry over many years, we have learnt that each situation is unique & calls for a different approach. This means that practically every solution has to be tailor-made to suit the client’s specific requirement. Our customized products ensure full customer satisfaction.
Our Injection Moulds and Hot runner systems improve product quality, reduce cycle time and operating costs in the long term. Despite the marginally higher initial cost, the long-term benefits of equipping a mould with a hot runner system can be easily justified. A hot runner-equipped mould can effectively reduce moulding costs without significantly increasing the complexity of the mould design.
The focus was to make hardened trouble free moulds which give higher productivity. The customer also had the advantage of getting a one Stop solution of a complete package of Hot Runner mould.
The Company also supports its customers to have mould validation and initial production runs before dispatching the moulds.
Realizing that there was a dearth of quality mould makers in India, in 2012 PBS Technologies ventured into making of moulds for Caps, Closures and Medical Device Cassettes.
To ensure that there will be no delay in conducting trials on completion of moulds, the company took a strategic decision to have its own Injection Moulding Facility. This is a strategy used by most of the reputed mould makers world over. This helped the company to take quick and correct trials of moulds which help in faster decision making and delivery time of the moulds.
Armed with In-house facilities of both Mould Making and Hot Runner Systems, it was a logical decision to forward integrate into the Field of Injection Moulding for the ever growing Domestic as well as Export Market. Having experience in the field of Injection Moulding and Marketing of Plastic Products, we decided to enter the Export market of Plastic disposable Products like Plastic Cutlery, thin walled Containers and Caps and Closures.
